Im still here too day 4 and have had a day of the shakes...lol gone now and didnt smoke, using the inhaler and its working well, bad dreams last night must be withdrawal hopefully this will ease, well done everyone :cool: day 5 soon !!

We haven't heard from Karri or Lauren today. Hope they are both OK. I've been on Day 5 for a couple of hours and I'm never going back to Day 4 Seriously I love the inhalator. Feel like a baby with a dummy and I'm not going to throw it out of my pram ever. Wondering why I wasted all that money smoking. Tonight I feel on top of the world and I also feel, for the first time, that ' I am a non-smoker ' :D:D

Been really busy at work today which was stressful. At the same time, I have no clue where the day went. One minute I was just starting, it felt like only one minute later I was heading home. I didn't even stop to have lunch (or to think about smoking).

Anyway, I need to sleep, today has knocked the stuffing out of me.

I really don't want to be on the receiving end of that whip. I know it's now Friday there but here it's only Thursday evening.
