Hii guys i have returned to nip this whole smoking thing once and for all!

Last time i managed a month untill the smokers rage/depression got to me..

My focus this time is definately going to be on that, plus now its summer i'll have friends around me for support so hopefully they can help

Day one today, i haven't smoked all day!
