I can't believe it,

100 days an counting!

This forum has helped me more then NRT and I am feeling good,

hope any newly quit people get to have this feeling!

might only last for an hour and then i might want one, but an hour or a day is way better then every minute of every day!!

Hi Maura yes it's nearly 100 Days for me too, how are you feeling?? Still fancy a fag sometimes. I'm afraid they still cross my mind at least once a Day then I forget about them, hope that I will never ever smoke again but why am I still thinking out them?????
