yep! The sunshine has been making me a little crazy too... It reminds me of good times like beaches and beer gardens and BBQ's when I would 'enjoy' smoking... :eek:

Yep, this time last year all the new year quitters went through it! It's a subconscious prompt brought on by the sunshine and outdoorsiness - stick it out for a bit, like everything else this will pass!

I dunno...I'm not really having sunshiny cravings. This is probably down to to the fact that when I used to smoke on a hot day it used to make my throat incredibly dry. Usually I'd be stranded in the middle of a park or something feeling like I was in a desert with no where to buy a drink from for miles. Hot day + BBQ/beer garden though would probably make me crave. Oh bugger...just thought...I go fishing a lot in the summer. Bloody hell sitting by the river on a hot day fishing and snoozing will prompt a BIG association with smoking. Particularly after cooking and eating a big fat trout by the riverside. Hmph. Hopefully I'll enjoy my favourite hobby without the fags.

I feel a bit deflated now LOL! It won't last long....I'll just have to have an ice cream instead

I recently had a day when I presented my fly to some trout and ohhhhhh how wonderfull not to have the lovely clean air polluted by smelly fags all day. It makes the fishing even better.

Fresh air, deep breaths and freedom from stinking fags ahh wonderful

Ahh yes although it's more like 'notions' than proper cravings for me. I've reverted back to emptying my fridge and cupboards of food from munching constantly again the past two days.

Yes, yes, yes that must be why i'm getting more cravings - feels strange not smoking when 'm sat in the back garden. Hope all this messing with our minds doesn't drag on & on, I just want to feel like a happy non smoker not a crazed woman who can't stop thinking about the evil little sticks! :eek:
