So much easier in the sunshine

I should have come to NZ sooner instead of wasting nearly 8 months being miserable and doing nothing. Strange that I keep feeling that it would be nice to just have one when I didn't smoke much here. I have to expect new triggers. Worst time is on the deck watching the boats in the morning. First two days I was stiff as a board but that would be because I sat on my behind all these months. Climbing up and down stairs and walking up and down hills while taking the kids to school is doing wonders for me:D:D:D

Thrilled to hear you're well

Hi Una

I'm thrilled to hear you're well, and enjoying NZ. You certainly can't smoke with you having to keep up with your grandchildren. I'm sure you'll be able to cope with any triggers. I kept getting strange triggers, but once I reached the magical one year mark there are no more triggers - touch wood.

Glad to see NZ is being a tonic for you - just don't start taking the side of NZ in the rugby!!! ;)

Hang on Una, I'm on my way! I wish.

So glad the sunshine has done the trick. I think it matters a lot. I'm out the house like a long dog if the sun appears. Eight months and counting. Well done us. I've started on the vitamins etc you suggested. I will beat my little black dog.

I don't like rugby:)

I don't have any cravings, just a vague feeling that it would be pleasant. I tried to ****yse it. It isn't the taste I want and I don't remember it giving me a lift. At least I'm living the healthy life and already have lost the pale winter look:D
