Morning everyone...

just starting day 5 smoke free...really been struggling.

I love being smoke free, the smell of fags is making me feel sick, my OH smokes and can smell it in the house even though he smokes outside...its bloody orrible lol...

so why the bloody hell is it all I can think about, just have one it wont hurt just a puff says the demon in my head...

well just p**s of, i dont bloody want one..And I dont REALLY..it dont even bother me the OH having one so why the voices lol.

Really dreading this afternoon got a chain smoking client, 2hrs with her will come back stinking great!!! NOT.... Really suffering with the gas mite drop a few in her kitchen see how she likes it!!! :cool:

My last customer is really anti smoking (EX smoker) looking forward to seeing her and telling her that I have quit she will be so proud of me....

Ok rant and ramble over took my mind of fags for 5mins though :cool:

Course, I spend most of my days counting bubbles that float from my belly button to the ceiling .... :D:D:D

So lie flat on your back, with your computer switched off of course, (essential) look at ya belly button, don't worry about the fluff in there cos as you relax your mind the fluff will all evaporate ....

Count 1 bubble, hit the ceiling ....

2 bubble, hit the ceiling ....

3 bubble, hit the ceiling ....

4 bubble, hit the ceiling ....

Ooh, belly button fluff turns into snus which gently flow into your mouth, and all is well with your world ....
