I just had to do it...

take that flaming patch off, it has been driving me mad this morning - itch, itch, itch and only in the place where the place the patch is. Really strange as this brand of patches never bothered me before. Anyway it's off now but I do have some NRT lozenges in my pocket just in case I need it.

Cannot wait for this exhausted feeling to pass.

Hiya Tinks. Well done, you're doing great, keep it up lass. Have you tried putting the patch on different parts of your body, eg bottom, legs etc. Don't put it on your legs though if they're too hairy. David

:D You cheeky monkey.

Tried legs and arms but not my bottom, thought I'd look very very odd if I did as if it started to itch, I get some very odd looks scratching the itch.

xx
