take that flaming patch off, it has been driving me mad this morning - itch, itch, itch and only in the place where the place the patch is. Really strange as this brand of patches never bothered me before. Anyway it's off now but I do have some NRT lozenges in my pocket just in case I need it.
Cannot wait for this exhausted feeling to pass.
they do itch like crazy its the glue they use but they do different brands i found sudacream was the best thing to use to help with itching

Tried legs and arms but not my bottom, thought I'd look very very odd if I did as if it started to itch, I get some very odd looks scratching the itch.
