day 88 feeling good today so far. not thinking much about real cigarettes . killed two atomizers in the last week which is disappointing. was hoping to get at least two weeks out of them they cost four pounds each on average so not cheap. maybe I'll get lucky and have one that lasts a couple of months that will make up for it .have a nice smoke free day.

the end of the day
it's now the end of day 88 and I've had quite a good day. no real cravings maybe this is it and i'm now a non smoker . still addicted to nicotine though i guess I'll see when it's time to junk the e cig in about a month when i run out of e liquid . i guess it will show e cigs are a way of giving up smoking . so far so good anyway. best of luck whatever your method.
