Powerful crave attacks Mash. computer viruses under arrest....

:eek:Just had a very scary moment. my computer crashed earlier and all i could think of was a cigarette i was almost climbing the walls for one , it was a must have moment. i was shocked at how powerful it was.. i just wanted the situation to go away, i tried to fix it and made it worse i chewed the end off my inhalator it was like the world had ended and the only thing to do was smoke,,, anyway i didnt i calmed down dont know how and phoned tech support who talked me through it and now its fixed and fine... i cant beleive how strong that desire was...... scary after two months with hardly any craves..... watch out for them craves they are dastardly...

they can catch u out in unual situations and this was probably a trigger u hadnt beaten yet probably in the past somewhere computer has broke and the first thing u turn to is a cigarette then u solve the problem, this time u did it without yes it was hard but that trigger is beaten now and will be easier if it happens again

Yep, the old familiar want of a smoke/crave can still come up from behind and nip yer bum. Good on you for recognising them for just that (a crave/want) and staying focused on being an ex smoker and getting help sorting out your pc.

What is it with computers and craves?? I have lost it loads of times when the puta goes wonky. Nearly did a short while ago when I got logged out of this site ....:rolleyes:

puta breakdownss are one of those things that went with smoking, well not any longer, bring on the breakdowns the weddings and the funerals without the smokecloud.
