I crashed and burned in my attempt to quit in November.
However having just received a letter from the hospital saying they now want to do a nuclear heart scan on me I think I MUST try again as of tomorrow morning so December quitters I hope you have room for a past failure

Nothing is a failure if you learn from it, and Im sure you have.
I think that only a very tiny percentage of people stop smoking at the first attempt, for the rest of us mere mortals we just keep trying until it eventually sticks and I hope that this time it sticks for you.
How did day1 go for you? Hope it wasn't too much and good luck with this attempt... If you're like me, just take it a day at time and soon enough you'll be on a roll
Well thats it, last fag smoked was going to be last night but I was feeling so worried about next hospital tests I could'nt finish the ones I had, and just to mean to throw them out . Last one smoked this morning so I am now flying without a safety net. According to Allen Carr I am now a non smoker now its up to me to stay that way I guess .
