good, ok you, I need to love you and leave you. Bed for me. Keep happy, that is all I ask, if you have trouble doing that, spend 2 mins looking around and I bet you will find something to feel happy about. Night, night and God bless.

I'm not sure what it is that you feel so unhappy about, but I have been to some very dark places over the years and so I understand what its like to feel truely hopeless.
I think the turning point for me was waking up in a prison cell after having been arrested for trying to help defend a guy from another man who had just stabbed a man in the neck with a knife from a kebab shop in south london at 2 am on a friday night.
When I got out next day I went to have a pint with my best mate and before I could even tell him what a bad night I'd had, he told me that last night he had gone down to Battersea park with a stanley knife and was just about to slit his wrists when a police car came into the park and shone his lights on my best mate. He panicked and ditched the knife and ran off.
I was seriously shocked that weekend and it made me realise that although life was hard, I didnt want to be locked up for life from doing something stupid or did I want to see my best friend commit suicide.
Life is precious. you only get one.
