I'm coming in!!!

Today marks my ONE MONTH QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (or 600 ciggies!)

I am very proud of my achievement - don't think I've ever made it beyond about day 12 before.

I'm feeling good about the cravings, they are getting much lighter now and I don't have my morning craving at all now. I can stand near friends who are smoking and not want one.

I'm almost concerned about the change in me!

I have my first cold of quitting, and I'm really tired, but very happy!!

WELL DONE! - You have done so well...should be very proud of yourself! I will be moving on shortly (this is my last day in month 2) but will see you in Month 3 before you know it.
