Just checking in after 7 weeks

Had the most horrendous weekend for reasons I shall not go into! Smoking (or as I once believed) would usually have 'helped' me through it.

As it was, the option of having a cigarette did not even enter my head.

Sorry you had a bad weekend, I had a really bad day last week too. But isn't it great when we can get through the difficult times without needing to smoke, and such a relief too as we know we are getting stronger. This is when the sense of freedom starts to kick in:cool:
