Yesterday was so good up until the last few hours. Woke up with tons of energy and motivation.
Today is a different story. I've been awake for 2 hours and have had to stop myself already about 10 times from going out for a smoke. I feel like crap, I can't think straight. This just sucks.
I'm doing my best but I just don't know how I'm going to get through the day.

You have said "no" to cravings 10 times already today - if you have one - then you are potentially subjecting yourself to a lifetime of craving....not good eh!!
Mornings are always my worst time (assuming its morning where you are)- maybe look to do some exercise?
All the books say the craving peak on day 3 and then start to decline. They reckon they are short lived but can feel like hours.
Just focus on the next hour and knock them off until day 4. Dont think about the next day, the nic is almost all gone and a puff will start the cycle all over again and you will feel even worse as you face day 1 all over again.
Thanks guys. I am kinda thinking about tomorrow, as I figure it will be a lot better than today. Only six hours till sleepy time and then I've got this *&*&^%^$ day licked. Not giving up now.
Not long now and this crappy day will be over. You've done so well. If you can get through these first days, the rest will get easier as you'll get used to kicking that nicodemons ass.
