I've been lurking on here for the past 24 days!! Some useful links, encouragement and the will to carry on!!

OH still smoking but banished to the spare room!!

Struggling a bit with lack of energy, wheezing, heartburn. Loving tasting and eating!!!!

To infinity (one month) and beyond!!!

well done on 24 days the first month is full of wierd and wonderfull symptoms its your body flushing all the poisons out

if any symptoms are concerning you alot check it out with your doctor

have a good read through old posts on here and internet in general etc as knowledge of your symptoms and feelings will help you understand the process
