sorry got my days mixed up i am now on day 31 . i was just thinking i feel like a cigarette again . not to worry i will get over it in a little while . i really feel like i am making progress now i have reached month 2 . good luck all who read this and may the force be with you .

I think we all get that feeling now and again, I guess it's only natural after smoking for a long time. As long as we remember the idea of one is much better than the reality, we'll be fine.

yes you are right i have quit quite a few times in the past five years. was a smoker for 30 years. seems every time i learn something new.

I had a big crave on my 1st month anniversary which I wasn't expecting, and again yesterday arrgh:confused: Guess it's like Jen says, we have been smoking a long time....
