Day 4...here we go. Very sleepy still. If I crack this smoking thing, the next issue to sort out is getting out of bed!

Well, you know you have to do whatever it takes to stay stopped... Great job on reaching day 4, and keep keeping quit!

When your sense of smell really kicks in, you wont ever want to smoke again. The stinky smell from a smokers breath and clothes will put you off for ever!
