Welcome to our forum and also well done on your 6 month quit. I have recently joined a site called My Fitness Pal which has helped me keep track of my food, my weight loss over the last 3 weeks and also i have made new friends on there too as like this place they are all going through or have gone through the same.
Anyhow give them a try and good luck, i have lost 5lbs in 3 weeks just watching what i eat and doing some more exercise.
I to understand the weight dilemma, Ive been wavering the weight loss forum idea, Im worried Ill read more then I work out. However I WILL look into it. Congrats on your weight loss nuttynurse!!
I'd Like to recommend you doing some research on Cayenne pepper pills. I just started them so I cant say if there working BUT (this is a big but) they seem to ba a miracle pill for high blood pressure, circualtion, anti-cancer, arthritis, and metabolism booster. Amazon has alot of positive reviews from real people that no longer need prescription pills for various ailments after taking cayenne. I just bought some from walmart for 3$ (springvalley). Womens day mag had a segment on cayenne pepper.
Ofcourse this is a no brainer - The gym (i just joined) that can really help!! (add) I just reread that your at the gym, maybe talking to a trainer can help.
