Made It To Day 4

I am now on day 4, this is the longest I've ever gone without a cig since I started smoking so I am happy

It's not as bad as I thought it would be and I am feeling happier and healthier

Made It Through!

I have now made it through day 4 without having a single cigarette! I even went out drinking tonight

Haha, I work in a pub so it kinda comes with the job I then finished early so me and my brother went out for a cheeky few

Thanks It is good fun, I felt so bored when I finished work early an it is a Saturday night so going out just felt right. There were times when I felt a bit like lighting up but I am not gonna just cave in like that It is nice to go out and social lize. I work nearly everyday so it was good fun

haha, i was out a few weeks ago, was just kidding, and getting itchy feet now on sat night! i know what you mean! its crap staying in Your right it can be fun and we dont need to smoke to enjoy ourselves..just drink more

Haha, yeah I know what you mean! When I started to want a cig I just decided to drink more Going out isn't essential to have fun but I haven't been out in a while due to rent payments etc so it was ncie to get out tonight
