This is a real acheivement for me to get to day 4, and I NEVER EVER want to go through another day like yesterday, day 3 was definately the worst for me so far, and I am so glad I didn't give in (I must admit I was very very close to it).
Im really proud of myself, and can now say to others... No matter how bad you are feeling, it will pass, and you will feel great for getting through it !! Well done to all that have got this far, and good luck to those of you that are just starting out. Its not easy but it is worth it

Well done stay strong. Day 4 is excellent, the first few days are the hardest in my opinion, I was a real space cadet as my body got use to all that oxygen.
YOU SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD.
What treats do you have in store? Avoid alcohol would be my advice but your first week deserves a special treat with all the money saved as does every week thereafter ......
I hear ya staystrong , my last cigarette was last thing wednesday ,
but i feel ive been to hell and back this weekend .
I was soo close a couple of times , but then got so scared because i knew if i lit up , i would never attempt to quit again EVER !
because there's no way i could go through this again .
So that cigarette would be me smoking for the rest of my life .
Well done Mauryn, would say that fear you are feeling is a very good thing, felt something similar myself, I tried to quit so many times before that this quit just had to be it, I couldn't face going through the initial stages ever again.
I will say it does get better and it does get better quickly, have a read of some of the links in my signature, the words and thoughts kept me going.
You guys are doing so well. It's so hard to hang tough in those initial stages of the quit, and you're doing it! It gets easier the longer you go on, you have to remember that. And very soon you'll start to really feel the benefits.
Hi again guys, well ive got through day 4, it hasnt been as bad as I was expecting which is good, have kept busy all day, and speaking to lots of diff people and letting them know ive given up, it seems a lot better once people know well done M on your success too, Ill be back with an update tomorrow... roll on day 5 and beyond, Im ready for ya LOL well done to all xx Kerry x
