Second time on day 2, so far so good. I feel good about it as the last time.
I have made a plan of the rest of this month to identify possible times when I could relapse. I have two social occasions when I may be tempted to smoke but really I would like to go to these occasions and enjoy them without smoking.

ok, so now is a good time to think and do the smokers anonymous thing, can you work out exactly why you smoked this time, if you are really aware why social occasions make you smoke (and evenings) then you are better armed against them.
well done on getting to day 2, i know from personal experience just how difficult it is to make it back after a relapse, because it is just so much easier to slip up as good old AC says in his book,
