I am furious with myself  and i only have myself to blame. I was on Champix then finished after 8 weeks.... this was a month ago.....
1 week later i was away for a weeks break with friends who all smoke. They all smoked in the house infront of me, which i find disgusting anyway so just left room and then after a few too many drinks on the 3rd day i had a dreaded Cigarette. Anyway from then its been the odd one here and there. I coudln't beleive myself when i heard myself trying to justify just smoking when drinking alcohol.
Now a month later i have become in a routine of having one after work, this has sneaked to 2 after work, how long before i am smoking again.
My throat is getting clogged up again and my nails have gone brittle.
I have decided that i can handle it and quitting time again. I am so upset with myself for getting into this.
I can't blame my friends for me smoking but i was so strong until i went away and i know i can do it again. Good luck to me

Don't beat yourself up. Every failure is a learning experience and every attempt at quitting will get you closer to that final goal. Now you know (actually you may have already known, but Nicodemon caught you in a moment of weakness), NEVER ANOTHER PUFF.
I don't wish people "luck" in their quit attempts because I don't think luck has anything to do with it. It's resolve and education.
YOU know you can do it again and I know you can do it again.
