WOW....2 years ....who would have thought:rolleyes: I myself find it hard to believe I am a non smoker.......the absolutely best thing I have ever done and a lot of my thanks go to this forum......as you can see I don't come on here very often anymore but I am here now to tell all you new guys giving up .....it can be done!!

I am healthier, richer, more travelled (its great not having to go outside in airports) I definately smell better,I dont drink as much as I used to which is a good thing.......I am going into hospital for a knee replacement next week which is going to be much more manageable because I don't smoke....I absolutely love my new life so to all you guys just starting to give up.....hang in there its the best thing you will ever do!!!
