Been quitting every week for about 6 months now lol, ever since I got that damn Alan Carr book for Christmas... haven't been able to enjoy smoking since

Like every other quitting attempt I think I have finally nailed it this time as I managed to do something that I was never able to do before... finally passed the beer test this weekend! woohoo! With a lot of sulking.... but now I know I can do it!

Day 8, feeling fine really but I really thought I wouldn't be thinking about smoking as much as I am doing... will see how it is at 2 weeks, apparently 2 weeks is a turning point? anyway I have come too far now, no turning back, eaten too much food and had too many fights because of quitting smoking, if I start again it was all for nothing, if I don't it was all worth it
