The good thing is that easier and easier. Before you know it, you'll be saying:
- I can't believe its been 1 month 
You'll be on day 10 tomorrow, be sure to celebrate

Brilliant effort there. Yesterday was day 9 for me too. Sat around for long period of time with smokers around me and NEVER FLINCHED!!!
