day 9!

over the first week not feeling as bad now, still have some craves but not giving into them i am yet to have a drink it always makes me want to smoke

congrats on day 9!!! drinking and smoking seem to go hand in hand but if you stay away from the drink for at least a month and get some quit time then drinking without smoking will be much easier!! i am almost 7 months quit now and i can drink and not feel like i need a smoke..i can actually now stand there with the smokers and not smoke:eek:...i know!! i never thought that would happen..but it did!!

it gets easier hun so hang in there!!

I agree with Imaquitter about the staying away from drink for a bit, but not too long because it will become something huge to conquer in your mind, and its not that bad

Day 13

well made it to day 13, had a drink the night before last and it wast as bad as i thought it would be, still going strong, 2 weeks tomorrow since i had my last cig!
