this is my first real attempt to give up for a while, i have been smoking for 10 years decided to go cold turkey pleased to have got this far just taking it a day at a time, niggling headache today and chest feels quite tight, craves havent been that bad this morning but not looking forward to tonight, i always find it harder at night!

I'm on day 3 too!
at the moment I'm still using just 2 mini lozenges a day, have had quantities of false starts, so am keeping my fingers crossed for this quit.

Day 4 for me and it ain't that bad. The FEAR of stopping was much worse.
