Not a great start to the day. Had a row with OH over something really stupid.

Thought to myself it will be your fault if I smoke today (not fair I know) but I managed to resist. Yeah me.

Now just need to make the apology. Wouldn't mind but I did say please try and be patient with me but that went out the window straight away

Work keeping me busy today though.
