Hi ... on my first visit here

Ive been lurking on Whyquit.com for 28 days

u cant post there if your on NRT ...

which i am .... tis working

not one cig have i had .. or been tempted to have

I NEVER WANT TO SMOKE AGAIN

Did i SHOUT that loud enough :D

but i am heavily reliant on the NRT

Especially the inhaler ...

which has replaced my friend the cir

a little worried i wont b able to let it go ...

i have smoked for 29 years ..since i was 16

Welcome RBR!

That's just silly, a place where you can't quit however you want! Still, I don't know whyquit, but I have heard some good things said about it, so I won't criticize. Suffice to say, here nobody minds about what technique you are using. The end goal is to stay quit, for all of us.

Please read as much as you can (I'm sure you have started already), and of course, ask as many questions as you like.
