i just wanted to share something..

i just found out today that my 58 year old aunt is on oxygen!

a few years ago she found out that she had emphasema and was told to quit smoking but she hasnt stopped and she is still smoking now!

this is just terrible and once again i am shown the grip this deadly addiction has on people...im hoping i got away in the nic of time!!

keep trying all...choose life
