Week 2 begins!

I'm at the end of day 8 now and the cravings are so much easier than they were a week ago

Just thought I'd share an idea me and a friend had - we're quitting together. We've written each other letters explaining why we need to stay off the fags, with several detailed reasons. But, we're not going to open them until we find ourselves literally about to light up.

The truth is, I don't particularly want to know what that letter says; even though I know the dangers of smoking, hearing it from a friend makes it even worse. And because of that, I don't ever want to open it.

Just another little incentive to keep going, useful if anybody else is quitting together

(also, a £50 wager helps... basically, first one to smoke pays up!)
