Hi, I just thought I'd put down some roots here in Month 2 as I intend to be here for another 28 days or so, God willing. I'm still using half a patch and as much nico-gum as I want and I'm not getting more than 2 or 3 cravings a day at the moment. This could be my last quit (she says hopefully).

Good effort, do whatever you feel you have to in order to succeed, but going 28 days is a huge step in the right direction.

I'm on 36 or 37 days, 9 days of which have been without any aids such as nrt.

However, I shouldn't have needed to quit again- last july the quit I lost was a whole 11 months..

So anyway, one day at a time..
