i know that a common thing is weird dreams.

Well i woke up this morning crying my eyes out (crying in my sleep never done that before, i was crying so hard i woke up) anyway i was dreaming that i gave in and had a few puffs on a cig, i was so relieved when i realised i was only dreaming, but a bit shocked i was crying

Thats quite common and it just goes to show that you really want to be quit or you would have woke up looking for the ciggy, I hope you dream that dream every night it will keep you focussed on your quit or I hope you dream nice dreams instead, I was well into my quit before I dreamt I was smoking and like you I was gutted as I thought I had given in and smoked, luckily I hadnt.

The funnyiest thing I had was after my year quit I knew I had to lose some weight and went on a diet, I was eating a steak and kidney pie in bed and I dropped it, I woke up crying ripping the covers off the bed and shouting at my OH that he had stolen my pie, he thought I had gone stark staring mad, seems funny now but wasnt at the time I cried for ages and still thought it was real :eek:

i really did laugh out loud at that, one of my weirdest dreams was telling a doll off but the words wouldn't come out, so i woke up from making these strange loud sounds
