I'm now on day 8 of my quit and it's going great, I very rarely think about smoking because of the patches and the mornings are a breeze. I think I'm going to do the full 3 months on the patches just to be on the safe side, and hopefully that will set me up to not have a cig for the rest of my life
Only 2 days til I order my blu ray player too!

Cheersi, I just read bibleback's post seems like a good idea cutting them with scissors, I'll definately do it when I'm on the step 3 patches. Funnily enough I was thinking the other day I hope I don't struggle when it's time to stop using the patches, so in the last week of the step 3 patches I'll start cutting them smaller, I'll keep it in mind.
