Day 8

Hey everyone, this is the 8th day of my quit and it's gone well so far. Apart from this morning when I first got up I felt like screaming at someone, but I didn't and as soon as the patch kicked it in I felt fine. The day as been fine since then, and I've been sitting outside with my brother when he goes for a smoke in preperation for when I'm out with my mates. At the moment I think the smell is disgusting which is a step forward because it makes me think I don't ever want to smell like that again. So that's my day 8 I will keep posting daily until I've done 2 weeks, finding it helpful at the moment
