Thank you both, its so mad, feel like a proper non smoker for the first time ever. A true stunning revelation. Even went to a Tobac today for a bus ticket and didn't even think of the cigs. X

Well done Tracey - must be great to have a non-smoking holiday - Valencia sounds wonderful... Isn't it nice not to have to timetable a cigarette into your day - I think I must have done this a lot in the past as seem to have so much more time to do things, especially in the mornings!!
