Ya, I have reached day 4! I am getting through this with out any major cravings...however, I feel sooo AGITATED I want to crawl out of my skin.

A friend of mine recommended seven seas hormone vitimans, they helped her and whilst I thought these to be a bit strange, I gave them a go. I am now at the end of day 3 and I feel really OK, previous quits have left me aggitated and an all over ichy feeling on my skin. But this time, it is not so bad, just a bit out of sorts.

Ooh yes, I know that feeling! Horrible.
I found that jumping around/ shaking my limbs out/ 'windmilling' my arms/ stretching helped a bit. And going for long walks. Drinking cold water.
Oh... and chocolate :rolleyes:

Day 4 has been the worst day for me upto now. My cravings have been really bad but im draggin myself through it slowly but surely. in the end its worth it, but i just with the cravings would stop very soon.
