hi all and Karri just to let you know no matter how i was feeling the other day. I did not have a fag instead i went into the garden centre and bought myself a plant. I am back on track . Hope everyone is ok.

Thanks Karri been out today on a walk around coombes valley rspb reserve i certaintly was not out of breath but the muscles in my legs ached . Yes my plant is Lavender always wanted one. Calming. Anyway cake sounds fab. Lol.
