dont hit me I bruise easily - hit murhps she is good for it, although she hasnt got her punch bag anymore the doctors surgically removed it.
Seriously though Day 2 is brilliant and you will feel like that, in fact I can remember feeling like that and murphs telling me how much she wanted to punch her hubby. I still feel like that sometimes and I am 5 weeks in or maybe I have always felt like that?
We all go through it but the good thing about this forum is we are not here to judge only to help.
lol thank you for your comments it certainly put a smile on my face haha
yeah i knew the mood swings would happen, ive just gotta think back as you say and realise that if i smoke now ill have to go right through all this again
thanks for the help, i think this forum is giving me a bit of a push to keep going!!

Yes BUT you have not murdered anyone so that's the bonus!! Hang in there, we all tend to be a bit tetchy at the moment, our loved ones will just have to cope.

Well done. No-one said it would be easy otherwise every smoker would be doing it. But you've got through the first part. Hang on it there, it does get easier each day. Just tell yourself that you are choosing not to have a cigarette, you don't need one, it will not make things better - it will make things a lot worse and you'll feel bad for giving in. There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel -keep aiming for it.
We're all in the same boat and we're all here to help.
thanks again for the help people, it seems ive nearly gotten through day 2, im still thinking about them an awful lot but ill be going to bed shortly, i just hope it gets a little easier soon as today was pretty bad, i think worse than yesterday to be honest lol, but as i said before this forum seems to be helping, by reading other peoples experiences at the same days as where im up to, and being able to type out how i feel to someone, keeps me determined to beat this!
Well done on what is now your day three that's great just hang in there
