Good luck with your day 1, keep strong and remember that you can do this. Don't let it beat you. Stay positive There are lots of people on here to support each other which is great, and it's certainly helping me x
kk and daisy. I am day 17 and after the first couple of days the time has flown by. i used lozenges and my brother told me what you are addicted to is nicotene and what your body craves is nicotene. You have that in your patches. So everything is good. Enjoy a smokefree life it is fun.
day one has begun , my patch is on - and were off!
i am always so grumpy in the mornings, but i remember about a month into a quit i feel happy in the mornings, so things are gonna get better
hope everyone has a great smokefree sunday - and that i gt through the dreded day 1 ok
It wasn't until you said about being grumpy in the mornings that I realised that it sounds just like me! I am always grumpy when I wake up, but since quitting (im just starting day 3) Ive been a lot happier in myself I was dreading day 3 as I heard it can be the worst day, but so far so good. Keep up the good work x
thanks lulabelle - i also have a ridiculous amounts of faliurs - but they say never give up giving up- last year i was a non smoker more than a smoker , so that must have been a good thing - not just many faliurs (sp_)
