For the first time in 15 years I have NOT smoked for more than 12hrs...wonderfull... Im just wondering, I woke up this morning thought about smoking and decided no...and till now I dont have any cravings or withdrawel symptoms..apart from thinking bout cigarretes, its too good to be true.
Yesterday this time i was climbing walls, looking hungrily at anyone smoking..and today its gone?..or is it just the quite before the storm?
It cannot be this easy, i mean its not the first time im trying to stop, but normally I dont last 12 hrs, and those are nighthours, so im sleeping a greate deal of the time...im too scared to be happy because I dont wanna smoke!
I think I most probably dont make any sense...the point is I DO NOT CRAVE A CIGARRET, maybe I will have cravings tomorow or in a week, but now I OK....:D:D:D:D:

Congrats Kula on day 2
You are wise to keep your guard up, the nicodemon can be a sneaky little git - catching you out when you least expect it.
Many people sleep alot when quitting, others can't sleep, everyone is different.
it is worth keeping a diary of how you're feeling, perhaps on the website - I found it useful to refer back to as the quit was progressing.
Sounds like you are in a good place at the moment and riding high - you may not always feel this positive so try to keep some reminders of your positivity around you in case you do ever feel a little down.
Lastly I'm sure you've seen the links in peoples signatures, have a good read, arm yourself with knowledge and good luck - if I can do it, anyone can.
