Went out today with a few friends for a xmas drink . I was fine which surprised me . Never once did i think of going outside for a cig ,and i enjoyed the drink .So all in all a good day

Well today i woke up thinking for a split second ,its christmas day so im going to have a cig 
What can i say how your mind works .When i woke up fully it passed .Iv been ok the rest of the day .
