Just got back from a half hour run. Feel refreshed and good. Teeth seem to look cleaner. Fingers no longer stained yellow. Put freshner powder on carpet and vacced; flat now smells nice. Put rugs in washing machine. I can now take deep breaths. Coffee tastes really good. Money is staying in my wallet longer.

Thanks folks. Yesterday evening I went to the shop and the guy behind the counter actually asked if I had given up smoking - said my face has colour in it.
I have failed several times in the past. This time I am looking closely at stress and how I react to it. It's either stress or boredom that seems to get me on a relapse.
Most important thing is to create a stress barrier. To step back from allowing myself to become stressed. The stress of a serious smoking related illness is going to be far greater than any job related stress.
Well done Nico wrong. There is nothing better then get rid off that nasty smoke smell. But coffee it's still my enemy since it goes with cigarettes so well.
