One of the most fantastic side-effects of quitting I have experienced about myself is that I feel great! I feel good about myself, who I am and what I have accomplished. I'm really proud to have given up smoking. I breathe more easily, I don't stink any more, I can run down the street, and since I had my teeth cleaned, women find me more attractive. I am a happy man.
