Hope you are all fine and dandy and still staying strong???
Well i reached the FOUR WEEK mark yesterday and feel really great
So month two here i am!!
Of course i do have times where i could quite easily light up, but i am now stronger than ever and will not give in to it!!
Saw smoking nurse on Tuesday and hubby came with me, blew a 2 this week , which is still good but i was a 1 last week, so i turned round to hubby in front of the nurse and blamed him
Am still finding it hard to get motivated at times, i just want to sit around and do sod all, but this week i have no choice , as i have had a hectic work schedule!
I would love to sit around now and do nothing , but have just seen the time and its nearly school pick up ..... ( i sometimes school times were 12 hour days lol)
Catch u with all soon

Yes Mr Ed i have treated myself and a bit too much lol..
Had hair cut last week, then went and had it coloured today followed by having my eye brows threaded ( ouch ouch ouch) then cooked hubby and myself a lovely steak dinner!
Oh and i got tickets the other week to go to Twickenham this Saturday to watch England play... am i soooooo excited lol
Yay Snowie! Well done hunny! Can you believe we are in the 2 month forum?!? It's flown over. I'm so proud of you chick, it's doubly hard for you with your hubs being a smoker. You're an inspiration around here
Sorry i have not been around much, feel like i have let some of you down not being here.
But some times my life gets a bit too hectic
Well yesterday i reached one month exactly to the date and am feeling rather chuffed with myself.
I am still having the cravings but literally only when i am indoors.
I was out all day yesterday with my eldest son for the rugby at Twickenham and smoking didn't even cross my mind, even when we came out the stadium at the end of the match and everywhere you looked people were lighting up, i didnt even think to myself oh i would like one, if anything i thought they were very smelly people lol
I think i still have just under two weeks left on this strength patch and then i come down, part of me is a bit worried about it but still as determined as ever to not let it get to me.

Yay!! Snowie!!!! Well done on completing one whole month!! That's fabulous hun. I'm so proud of you :).
Yeah, don't smokers really pong something disgusting?. I never noticed that when I smoked but I must have stank like that too!! What the f*** was the attraction in this habit in the first place? We must have been crazy!!!
Don't be afraid of stepping down the patch strength when the time comes. I did that today and yes I feel a little jittery, but certainly nowhere near as much as on day 1 of my quit. I'm confident I can see it through and you will too Snowie!!
