Haven't been on in a while, but my quit is getting easier by the day, i have to say i almost never crave a smoke anymore, this is my second ever attempt at quitting, ( First lasted 64 Days ) after my first quit attempt ended i smoked for the next two months, and during that time i developed a dislike for everything tobacco related, actually i think what has happened is i have reached that time in my life, when tobacco isn't needed or wanted, after 28 years of smoking that rubbish, when you ( as a fellow non smoker ) stand next to or anywhere near an acrid vile smelling smoker, you wonder what ever made you start, Dont You !

Well done you, which date did you quit this time. I am coming to the end of my first month now too.
I agree that this time tobacco smells different and also we notice others more so, that is a good thing because its helping us enforce our quit and fingers crossed changing our minds about smoking and making sure we dont go back.
Anyhow, take care and keep up the good work and Alan if you have not doen so already please join the Oct Quit Group 2010.
