I think the only thing I can say, on joining week 3 is OMG!!...I never, and I mean, never, thought that on this quit I would get this far and I am so frigging pleased with myself.... Sorry getting a bit carried away there!!

How's everyone doing? I am feeling pretty good, although for the first time at the weekend, I was watching the Take That documentary and I saw them all puffing away, and I thought 'mmmmm that sure does look good!!'....took until the next day for the thought to disappear!!...very strange!! Why after all this time would I think that it looked nice?? This quit sure conjures up some conflicting thoughts.....

Dont let your guard down though cos both u and i know that if we do that nicomonster may come back and we dont want or need him anymore.

I agree that without everyone on here i for one dont know where i would be but we are all there for each other and i almost feel like my family is growing by the day.

I was watching the Take That documentary and I saw them all puffing away, and I thought 'mmmmm that sure does look good!!'

I know it was on late but all I thought was they are role models for their teen fans and they were all sitting there puffing away during a recording session. I thought that it was terrible. Didn't make me crave but made me ashamed of 'smokers' (me included, although stopped now) that we don't think about the image we show to younger generations around us.

Glad you are doing well !! You should be proud of yourself we all are.
