Mouth Ulcers Anyone???

Evening All

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, Mouth Ulcers.

I seem to have a couple of them and they have only appeared in the last few days.

Do add in if you have experienced any of these little blighters, oh and im 12 days in now.

Ahhh yes the dreaded mouth ulcers - one of the most common side effects of quitting, along with sore gums etc - your mouth & gums etc are getting much more oxygen than before and it can wreak havoc at first! They will get better I promise, just another strange symptom of our bodies healing themselves.....congrats to you on day 13 now! you go girl.....

I did wonder if anyone else had experienced the same as they are quite annoying and i have not had ulcers for years. Hopefully they will clear up soon.

Hey there - I have those dam things now - bloody awful but am told they will pass - summet to do with nicotine covering our gums etc. (Cankers) is something you might want to google - tells u about the little buggers and gives a few tips on pain relief - mines on the left of mouth at the top and a little spot on the tongue grrrrrrrrr

people say smoking helps the pain - BUT DONT TRY IT!!!! lol hehe
