Ahhh yes the dreaded mouth ulcers - one of the most common side effects of quitting, along with sore gums etc - your mouth & gums etc are getting much more oxygen than before and it can wreak havoc at first! They will get better I promise, just another strange symptom of our bodies healing themselves.....congrats to you on day 13 now! you go girl.....
I did wonder if anyone else had experienced the same as they are quite annoying and i have not had ulcers for years. Hopefully they will clear up soon.

Hey there - I have those dam things now - bloody awful but am told they will pass - summet to do with nicotine covering our gums etc. (Cankers) is something you might want to google - tells u about the little buggers and gives a few tips on pain relief - mines on the left of mouth at the top and a little spot on the tongue grrrrrrrrr
people say smoking helps the pain - BUT DONT TRY IT!!!! lol hehe
