28 days smoke free and 7 days Nicotine free.
Been ok but I think I may have had a bit depression. I've been really down and felt as though someone had died for no reason. Starting to feel better, very slowly, but definately improving.
I don't think I've had any cravings yet which seems strange. I've been mentally prepared for any Cravings the Nicomonster thows at me but he has been on his very best behaviour. I'm a little worried I might start getting the cravings when I'm not prepared.
Anyway just 2 weeks to go before brain chemicals get close to normal.
