Today has been difficult, lots of mood swings, lots of eating, its been hard to concentrate, im thinking about installing a tea erne, im drinking it by the gallon, maybe going for a walk will help take my mind off smoking, any suggestions, Help

Get busy !!! paint something, tidy up, wash up (can't smoke with wet hands) anything to take your mid off it and keep busy. Try to breathe through it. You've got to 3 days and thats a massive achievement.
You don't want to smoke its just that awful addiction trying to get you to break. Stay strong YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT !!!!

Stay strong. I know how hard it can be. I have just had my last cig today, this morning and im only on day 5 of Champix but i do know how hard it can be when that nasty little nicotine devil tries to work its spell.
Try and find a job that needs doing, go for a walk, take up a new hobby, i have, i knew the sitting about and not doing much at times would make me think about things so i have taken up knitting to keep me busy, mind you i cant knit anything other than scarves so the whole family will be getting a hand knitted scarf from me for Christmas cos i think im gonna be busy making them just to take my mind off things ;).
Keep coming on here, we are here for you and your my inspiration now cos im only just starting.

I remember my first week, even though the days were sortof hard, each night I'd lie in bed with the biggest smile on my face: I DID it, another day without smoking, that is just the BEST feeling ever. Waking up in the morning, still smiling
